We do not offer refunds on orders that have already been delivered.
We are not responsible for broken goods in the mail. Food is fragile, but should have the same great taste. If your package is badly damaged, please take photos and reach out. I'd be more than happy to give future discounts.
If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 48 hours of ordering for shipped items and/or at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/pick up day, in order for your payment to be refunded to you.
PLEASE let us know of any allergies when you PLACE your order. This will help me be more mindful of cross contamination with certain products when baking!
This is a home bakery. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
